Mr. McComb has been a human resources consultant in general management issues and acquisition strategies, labor relations and grievance arbitration, for Canadian and U.S. companies for over 25 years.
As an experienced human resources consultant with international experience in multi-divisional organizations, Robert has a proven track record of success in optimizing organizational effectiveness in union and non-union environments.
Mr. McComb's excellent knowledge of employment legislation and practices in Canada and the U.S. have been solidly supported and complimented by his legal education in Canada and the U.S. In his past capacity as an Agent for the National Labor Relations Board of United States Government in Detroit, MI, he was engaged to review union certifications and unfair labor practice charges.
